New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. RoyalTrust Gadgets Services Inc reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in “like-new” condition. “Like-new” means the complete product is in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals, and accessories.
Returns / exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, please contact Customer Service. Alternatively you may head to your My Account area online and ask for an RMA number.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable.
If you receive a product that is damaged from shipping, defective, or that is not the correct product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours at +13472189274 or ask for a RMA number in your My Account area.
General Return Policy
Most products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition, with original carton / UPC, and all packaging / accessories / materials included.
Not available for return:
• There are no returns for software delivered by email.
• There are no returns or refunds on prepaid cellular phone cards and electronically fulfilled PINs or minutes.
• All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, ink and 3D printer filament, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents, or not in a like-new condition.
• Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are nonreturnable. Custom order items are items for which a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, color, size) or where a manufacturer builds the product made to order.
• Open CD, DVD, and Video Games are non-returnable.
Digital Downloads Return Policy
All Digital Download sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund under the Micro Center Return Policy.
Using the software may require the use of a computer or other device that must meet minimum system requirements. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the system requirements before making your purchase. Software system requirements are typically found on the product information specification page.
Aerial Drones Return Policy
RoyalTrust Gadgets Services Inc is happy to honor its customary 30-day return policy for Aerial Drone returns due to product defect or customer dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns with damage due to pilot error. So let’s be careful out there!
As of December 21, 2015 all drones, regardless of purchase date, between 0.55 lb (8.82 oz, 250 g, 0.25 kg) and 55 lb takeoff weight are required by the FAA to be registered for outdoor use. Details regarding registration can be found at: http://www.faa.gov/uas/registration/
We do accept gift returns. We will provide you store credit for the purchase price of a gift you return in store. For gifts returned via mail, we will credit the gift purchaser and notify them via e-mail.

International Returns and Replacements
If you return a product to us, you will become the exporter from the destination country. That title and any risk of loss will transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise. Shipping carriers will assist you in recovering your duties and taxes for a fee. Please contact shipping carriers directly to initiate this service.
Your privacy is important to us, and we strive to exceed your expectations for secure data. Nevertheless, cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
Manufacturer’s rebates may not be valid for merchandise shipped outside the USA. Please check the information in your cart to confirm pricing. Duties & Taxes We are not responsible for duties, taxes, and tariffs charged by your country. Please check with your local government custom office for duty and tax rates.

Desktop PC, Notebooks, or Tablet PCs:
• A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at RoyalTrust Gadgets Services Inc’s sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our customer service department.
• Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support team in order for an RMA to RoyalTrust Gadgets Services Inc to be authorized.
• For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a replacement or refund as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed.
• For televisions with a screen size greater than 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by RoyalTrust Gadgets Services Inc for replacement or refund. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. If you need to return a product that was shipped via Large Item Delivery, please contact our customer service department to obtain instructions on how to return the product.
Television and Monitor Dead Pixels:
• Televisions or Monitors with 8 dead pixels or more can be returned for a replacement within 30 days from the purchase date.
Point of Sale Products:
• Some items are non-returnable including software, custom labels, and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, cardstock, and RFID tags).
• Special order products are not eligible for return.
• Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box is not eligible for return.
Items sold as part of a Configurator Bundle may be returned individually for replacementwithin the applicable RoyalTrust Gadgets Services Inc Return Policy Period for that individual item.
Items sold as part of a Configurator Bundle cannot be returned for a refund.
Combo and Kit Specials Combo and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.
Items sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable RoyalTrust Gadgets Services Inc Return Policy Period for that individual item.
If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/kit in order to receive a refund. For example, if your combo/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.
• The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.
• We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don’t receive.
• A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description, and condition of original purchase.
• Replacement items will be sent to the original “ship to” address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, as long as the item is still in stock.
